Shipping within India

We usually ship orders within 1 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 working days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 working days of shipping.
Orders of more than 6 pieces of the same product OR items marked under pre-order, it may take longer to process your order
During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order.
For items not in stock, it could take 2-6 weeks for the item to be dispatched.
In all of these cases, we will keep you informed via email or call.

Returns,Refunds & more

Before you return a BabyYank toy product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Our products are handmade & handcrafted by local artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different. The wood grain and knots you see on products are natural and a sign of the product's beautiful texture, not a blemish. Similarly, you will find uniqueness in our other products.
With this, if you change your mind about an order you placed or by chance, receive a damaged product, we are always happy to help you.

Cancellation Policy

In case you want to cancel an order, please email hello@babyyank.com or Call us on +91 95977 58882 before the order is shipped out. Shipping charges will be deducted in case the order is shipped out.
Baby Yank reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. We will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made in such a situation.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer's side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.

Returns Policy

We do not accept return requests due to the nature of materials and the usage of the products - we would like our customers to be ensured of the hygiene of the product as these are for little children and hence we do not take any products back unless there is a transit damage. Return requests placed after 24 hours of receiving are unfortunately non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product, has to be made.
In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do also make sure you are returning the product for a genuine reason.

If the product is damaged

In case you receive a damaged product, please send us an email with the photo of the product received and the Order Id to hello@babyyank.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. We can offer you a replacement, repair or refund.

If you choose to get a replacement, we will pick up and replace the product.
If you choose to get a refund instead of replacing a defective/damaged product, it will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days once the product is received back at our facility.
If the product is repairable, we are happy to help you with that at no additional cost. You will need to bear only the cost of shipping the product to us and getting it shipped back to you after repairs are made.
Our products are designed to be sturdy and crafted with care. However, they may break or suffer damages if handled roughly. If the product gets damaged after use (One weeks or more after purchase), we will not be able to accept a return or offer a refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers in case of frequent returns from them (> 2 returns in a financial year). Some pin codes are also not feasible for a reverse pickup, in which case we will need to ask you to ship it back to us. We do not offer reverse pickups outside India.

Some coupon codes come with an expiry date; please make sure you use them before their validity expires.
